Planning - Developing - Staging

Before the developers bring their modules online, they test the modules on our staging servers. These are kind of "twin" servers and are nearly of the same setup as the real servers.

The developers can test their new modules with real customer databases so they see very fast, if something is not working. This way, also individual modules are easy to test.

If you help developing additional features and individual modules, you test them hand in hand with the developers and the tryton.cloud team.

Ready to Deploy - Go Live

Now it's your turn. Tryton is ready for integration.

  • You get the new database for your customer.
  • You customize the setup
  • If you intend to import data, it might be a good idea to use a staging instance for testing.
  • After having done the base setup, you check the setup with the customer and modify it if necessary.
  • As soon as the customer feels comfortable you go online with him.

Conditions for Partners

Here the basic ruleset we follow so partners can work in fair and healthy environment.

Leads and Code

  • There is not "private code". Otherwise it would get too complex.
  • The integrators have to hand in their leads to prohibit lead stealing and price dumping. Sometimes it makes sense to change the integrator. Ask first if it is ok for all and make a bilateral deal. If the integrators can't find a deal, the tryton.cloud team is looking for a fair deal and decides in conclusion.
  • This way integrators have fun and are interested in cooperation. We work together and try to split developments by as many customers as possible to shrink the costs.

Communication

To communicate with the customers, the integrators use their own corporate design and their own email addresses.

In all communication, the integrator declares him as "tryton.cloud partner" and uses the corresponding logo.

There is no liability between tryton.cloud and the customer. The integrator has to declare this in his contracts.

Marketing, Advertisement

The partner is investing in marketing and advertisement as much as possible to make tryton.cloud visible on the market. As a minimum he does:

  • Brand himself as "tryton.cloud partner" in the corporate email footer.
  • Mention, link and describe "tryton.cloud" on his corporate website (partner page and/or website footer).
  • At least monthly post on his own Social Media channels and hand in to tryton.cloud success stories and news about his tryton.cloud integrations. There shall be a short Text and a nice picture (including people) making potential customers curious about what the story is about.
